1. Introduction & Marketplace Nature

ZeenoLibas operates as an online multi-vendor marketplace platform that connects independent third-party vendors (“Sellers”) with retail buyers (“Customers”).

  • ZeenoLibas provides the platform but does not manufacture, stock, or directly sell the clothing/products listed by independent vendors.

  • Any order placed on the website creates a direct contract between the customer and the respective vendor.

2. User Accounts (Customers & Vendors)

  • To purchase or sell on ZeenoLibas, you may be required to register an account.

  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and username.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent details.

3. Vendor Responsibilities & Product Listings

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, pricing, images, and description of the products they upload.

  • Products listed must not violate any intellectual property, copyright, or trademark laws. Replica or counterfeit items listed without explicit authorization are strictly prohibited.

  • ZeenoLibas reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any product listing or vendor shop profile at our discretion without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are determined by the respective vendors and are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • ZeenoLibas handles payments on behalf of the vendors via secure payment methods (including Cash on Delivery and online gateways).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or systemic error.

5. Shipping and Deliveries

  • Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the vendor’s location and the customer’s delivery address.

  • While ZeenoLibas assists in tracking and coordinating logistics, individual vendors and third-party courier services are responsible for the actual fulfillment and transit times of the orders.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • All return, exchange, or refund requests are subject to our official Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Any dispute regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within the timeframe specified in the Return Policy with proper proof (e.g., unboxing video or images).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ZeenoLibas, its directors, or employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the marketplace, product defects, delivery delays, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

  • The quality, safety, and legality of the clothing items listed are the sole legal responsibility of the vendor.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
